Exciting News: Our Careers Chatbot CiCi to Support the Education Development Trust’s UK Year of Service Programme!

We’re thrilled to announce that the Education Development Trust (EDT) will be piloting our innovative careers chatbot, CiCi, to enhance the work of their skilled career coaches as part of the UK Year of Service Career Coaching programme.

The Education Development Trust (EDT) delivers high-quality career coaching to young adults—known as “members”—who are enrolled with the National Citizen Service Trust (NCST). Through this programme, EDT helps members explore career options, access training resources, and develop job-seeking skills to succeed in their future careers.

In this pilot, EDT’s career coaches will engage with members focusing on those in the North East, North West, and Yorkshire and Humber. CiCi will serve as a valuable companion to these sessions, providing members with tools to research career pathways, discover job opportunities, locate training programs, and receive guidance on CV writing, job applications, and more.

We’re excited to see CiCi support young people in discovering and reaching their career goals, creating even more impact alongside EDT’s expert career coaches.
