CareerChatUK collaborates with Sparsholt College Group to develop AI-powered Career Progression Guide for Students

CCUK is proud to be working in partnership with Sparsholt College Group on an ambitious new project to revolutionise how students plan their career pathways. The project aims to create an innovative, highly personalised Career Progression Guide – a smart digital brochure and companion that empowers students with tailored insights and motivation to continue learning beyond Levels 1 & 2.
At the heart of this guide is the use of cutting-edge AI technology and Large Language Models (LLMs), combined with student self-assessment data, real-time Labour Market Intelligence (LMI), and course-specific information. Together, these elements form a dynamic, student-centric tool designed to make career choices clearer, more relevant, and motivating.
By harnessing the power of AI and careers chatbot technology, this collaboration is setting a new standard for personalised guidance – ensuring that every student receives the support and information they need to take confident next steps in their education and future career. Students can book an appointment to speak with a Careers Adviser direct. With their permission, the conversation they have had with their AI companion can be sent in advance to inform and support personalised careers guidance from a human adviser.
